Bicycles
We always have rental bicycles with gears and hand brakes on board. We also have electric bicycles for hire (upon request). You are of course free to bring your own bicycle with you. We not accept liability for damage to or theft of your bicycle but we will do our utmost to keep your bicycles safe.
Payments
When you book a trip with us you will receive a contract and two bills. The first payment of 50% is required upon booking. The second payment of 50% is required 6 weeks before the start of the trip. If you want a private/single cabin that costs 35% extra.
Conditions
Terms and conditions apply to every booking made with ‘Josefien’.
Should a particular trip be under-booked ‘Josefien’ reserves the right to cancel this trip up to 6 weeks before departure. In this case the full price you paid will be refunded.
If you decided to cancel a booked trip, the rules listed under terms and conditions apply.
Insurance
It is recommended to have travel insurance. If you have to cancel your trip a cancelation fee will be due which might be covered by your travel insurance.
Dietary requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements we advise you to let us know at the time of booking.
